MESOSKY
Last updated: June 10, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the MesoSky app and the mesosky.com website (together, the “Service”), operated by MesoSky (“we,” “us”). By downloading or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
MesoSky provides weather information — radar, forecasts, alerts, satellite, and related tools — assembled from third-party and government data sources. It is provided for general informational purposes.
Weather data is not guaranteed — do not rely on MesoSky alone for safety. Weather information comes from third parties and government sources and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or temporarily unavailable. MesoSky is not an official source of weather warnings. For decisions affecting life or property, always follow the official alerts and instructions of the U.S. National Weather Service, your local emergency management agency, and other authorities. Never use MesoSky as your sole source of information during severe or life-threatening weather.
Some features require a MesoSky Pro subscription, sold through the Apple App Store:
Critical-weather notifications (such as severe-weather warnings) are available without a subscription; certain enhanced features (for example lightning alerts, the daily briefing, Live Activities, widgets, advanced radar products, 3D/AR, aviation and marine tools) require MesoSky Pro.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes, and not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app; scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service or its data sources; resell or redistribute the data; or use it in any way that violates these Terms or applicable law.
The MesoSky app, its design, branding, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Underlying government weather data is generally public domain, but our app, presentation, and software are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app; no other rights are granted.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service or its weather data will be uninterrupted, timely, accurate, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MesoSky and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of — or reliance on — the Service or its weather information. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
